I met Emily as the Maid of Honor at another wedding and jokingly rubbed elbows with her saying if she needed a videographer for her Iceland Elopement, I’d be happy to tag along. Luckily, my “pick up line” worked and after a 2020 reschedule, they finally got to read their vows at the foot of an epic waterfall in the middle of the Icelandic Highlands. I think it’s a day that they, their guests, and even I will never forget!
Ok, I may be bias but this is the best film I’ve ever made! Because it was for my sister, Brett, and her now husband Christian. They wanted to skip all the fuss and eloped in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, surrounded by no one and the beautiful scenery that Colorado has to offer. The weather was wild, with it starting off warm and sunny, to rain, to snow, and back to sun. It made for a fun story, and luckily everyone came prepared. I’m so happy I got to be a part of their elopement, they are truly the sweetest and best couple!
Have you even met two people and just knew they were the real deal? That’s how I felt meeting Callie and Cassie on their wedding day. They are both the kindest people and I still can’t get over their sweet first look, trying to approach one another with out seeing each other. Callie’s cousin officiated the wedding and did an amazing job balancing stories of their love, with just a little humor. I loved filming their Denver Art Museum wedding full of fun, family, and a mariachi band!
Even a downpour could not stop this sweet couple from tying the knot! As Ashleigh walked down the aisle the heavens opened and created one of the most memorable ceremonies I have ever attended. Everyone rolled with it and luckily they got married on a golf course with plenty of umbrellas. Their friends and family truly came together to celebrate this beautiful couple, rain or shine!
